I am very thoughtful about my management style in the classroom. My style focuses on building strong relationships with all my students, having mutual respect, logical consequences, and flexibility to meet student's needs.

My classroom management style involves many moving parts to make the days run smoothly. In the beginning of the year, we come up with class rules and set expectations together. Students have time to practice routines and procedures, for example transitions. We build strong relationships with each other, and I build relationships with families as well. In the classroom, I use conscious discipline and work with students to solve conflicts.
